Late Arrival Policy

What happens if you arrive late for your photo session?

While I am here to capture your most beautiful moments and make your experience unforgettable, I kindly ask you to respect our agreed schedule. I often have back-to-back sessions or events, and a delay directly affects the entire day’s timetable.

• Session Duration: Your session time starts at the originally agreed time, regardless of when you arrive.
• Notification: Please text or call me as soon as you know you might be delayed.
• Waiting & Late Fees: Because I am at the location waiting for you and cannot start another job, late arrival fees apply:
• 0 – 15 minutes late: No charge.
• 15 – 30 minutes late: €40 fee.
• 30 – 45+ minutes late: €70 fee.
• 60+ minutes late: If you are more than 1 hour late without notice, the session will be considered a no-show and cancelled without a refund.
